Privacy Policy
Last updated 30 October 2026
Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains how Velocity Acquisition collects, uses, shares and protects your personal information when you visit our website, respond to one of our ads, or work with us. We follow the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
01Who we are
Velocity Acquisition is a business name of Enrol Engine Group Pty Ltd (ABN 93 697 618 456, ACN 697 618 456), based in Victoria (VIC 3030). We’re a marketing agency that helps Australian buyer’s agents win clients through Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ads, landing pages, and CRM and follow-up systems.
When we run ads for a buyer’s agency, we collect enquiries on their behalf. In that case we pass your details to that agency, and their privacy policy also applies.
02What we collect
We only collect what we need. This may include:
- your name, email, phone number, business name and location
- your answers on our forms, such as your goals, budget or buying timeframe
- the time you book a call and anything you tell us on it
- billing details for clients, such as business name, ABN and payment history
- how you use our website, such as pages viewed and the ad you came from
We don’t ask for sensitive information, and we never see or store your full card number.
03How we collect it
- Facebook and Instagram lead forms when you respond to an ad.
- Our website and booking calendar when you fill in a form or book a call.
- Directly from you by phone, email, SMS, video call or in person.
- Cookies and tracking tools when you visit our website (see section 7).
04How we use it
We use your information to:
- respond to your enquiry and book your call
- provide our services to clients and report on results
- pass enquiries from client campaigns to the buyer's agency you enquired with
- send you updates by email or SMS (unsubscribe any time via the link, or reply STOP)
- show relevant ads, including to people similar to our audience
- send invoices and meet our legal and tax obligations
We use automation for things like confirmations and reminders, but we don’t make decisions that significantly affect you by automated means alone.
05Who we share it with
- Our clients — the buyer’s agency you enquired with through one of their campaigns.
- Service providers — GoHighLevel (CRM), Meta (advertising), Calendly (bookings), Google Workspace (email and documents), Vimeo and Wistia (video), and Stripe (payments).
- Professional advisers — such as our accountant or lawyer, when needed.
- Government or legal bodies — only when the law requires it.
We never sell your personal information.
06How we're paid
We’re paid a service fee by the businesses we work with. Clients pay by card or direct debit through Stripe, or by bank transfer against our invoice. Stripe holds card details, not us.
We don’t receive commissions or referral fees from Meta or any other platform, and we’re never paid for sharing your information. If you enquire through one of our client’s ads, you don’t pay us anything.
07Cookies, tracking and advertising
Our website uses cookies and the following tools:
- Meta Pixel — records visits and actions on our site (such as booking a call) so we can measure our ads and show you relevant ones on Facebook and Instagram.
- Calendly, Vimeo and Wistia — may set their own cookies when you book a call or watch a video.
We may also upload contact lists to Meta to create custom and lookalike audiences. This data is hashed (scrambled) before it’s sent, and Meta uses it only to match accounts.
You can control this by:
- blocking or clearing cookies in your browser settings
- updating your Facebook ad preferences (opens in a new tab)
- opting out of interest-based ads at youradchoices.com.au (opens in a new tab)
08Storage overseas
Your information is mainly stored in GoHighLevel. GoHighLevel, Meta, Google, Calendly and Stripe may store or process data outside Australia, including in the United States and Europe. We take reasonable steps to make sure these providers protect your information to a standard similar to the Australian Privacy Principles.
09How we protect it
We use password-protected systems with two-factor authentication and limit access to people who need it. We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access, change or disclosure. If a data breach could cause you serious harm, we’ll let you and the OAIC know.
10How long we keep it
- Enquiries and leads: up to 2 years after our last contact.
- Clients: 7 years after our work together ends, for tax and legal reasons.
After that, we securely delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner unless the law requires us to keep it.
11Your rights
You can ask us to:
- see the information we hold about you
- correct anything that's wrong or out of date
- delete your information (unless the law requires us to keep it)
